Privacy policy

UNMUETE is a brand of flowstackONE Private Limited ("we", "us"). We collect only what we need to make, ship and talk to you about your tees. This policy covers unmuete.com and the UNMUETE store, including the email signup.
What we collect and why

Who we share it with
Only the people who help us run the store, and only what they need:
- Hostinger, which hosts unmuete.com and stores signup emails.
- Shopify, which hosts the store once it opens.
- Razorpay, for payments.
- Our printing partner, to print your order.
- Shiprocket and its courier partners, to deliver it.
- Google and Meta, for analytics and ads, if you accept cookies.
- Government authorities, when the law requires it.
We don't sell your personal data.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept for 8 years, as Indian tax and company law requires. Signup emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Everything else is deleted when it's no longer needed for the purpose above.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. You can also withdraw your consent to marketing emails, and raise a complaint.
- Unsubscribe: use the link in any email, or reply "unsubscribe".
- Everything else: write to the Grievance Officer below. We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.
If you're not satisfied, you can approach the Data Protection Board of India.
Security
unmuete.com runs on an encrypted (https) connection. Signup emails are kept in a private file on our server, not on the public website.
Children
UNMUETE isn't meant for anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you think a child has given us their details, tell us and we'll delete them.
