Terms of service

These terms apply when you browse or buy from UNMUETE (unmuete.com and the UNMUETE store). By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. Products. Our tees are printed to order. Colours on screen can look slightly different from the real tee, and print placement can vary by a few millimetres. Sizes and measurements are in the size guide on each tee.
2. Prices. Prices are in Indian rupees and include GST. Shipping is shown before you pay. If a price is listed wrongly by mistake, we'll tell you before shipping and you can cancel for a full refund.
3. Orders. An order is accepted when we send the order confirmation. We may cancel an order with a full refund if a product can't be made, the payment fails, or the order looks fraudulent.
4. Custom words. When you order Hella Your Word, you confirm the word is yours to use. It must not be a slur, hateful, a brand name or trademark, or someone else's name without their permission. A real person reviews every word; if we decline it, we cancel and refund in full. You keep any rights you have in your word, and you allow us to print it on your tee.
5. Payment. All orders are prepaid, processed securely by Razorpay (UPI, cards, net banking, wallets). We don't offer cash on delivery.
6. Shipping, returns and refunds. These follow our Shipping policy and Refund and returns policy, which are part of these terms.
7. Our brand and designs. UNMUETE, HELLA, the Line, our logos, designs, photos and site content belong to flowstackONE Private Limited. Please don't copy or sell them without our written permission.
8. Using the site. Don't misuse the site, for example by trying to break it, scraping it, or placing fake orders.
9. Liability. We're responsible for the products we sell, as Indian consumer law requires. Beyond that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Complaints. Write to the Grievance Officer (see Contact). We acknowledge within 48 hours and resolve within one month.
11. Law and courts. These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka have jurisdiction. This doesn't affect your right to approach a consumer commission.
12. Changes. We may update these terms. The version on the site when you order applies to that order.
