Refund and returns

Every UNMUETE tee is printed to order, one at a time, for you. So we don't accept returns or exchanges, including for size. Please check the size guide before you order. If something is wrong with what we sent, we'll make it right.
No returns or exchanges for: change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or not liking the fit or colour.
What we fix, free of charge

If a replacement isn't possible, you get a full refund.
How to raise it
- Write to hello@unmuete.com within 48 hours of delivery, with your order number.
- Attach an unboxing video (from opening the sealed parcel), or clear photos of the tee, the label and the packaging.
- We acknowledge within 48 hours and confirm the fix within 3 working days. If we need the tee back, we arrange a free pickup; please send it unworn and unwashed.
For an order that hasn't arrived, write to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
Custom words (Hella Your Word)
A real person reads every word before it's printed. If we can't print your word, we cancel the order and refund you in full before anything is printed. Once printed, custom tees are covered only for damage, defects and our mistakes, as above.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge within 12 hours of ordering, before your tee goes to print. Write to hello@unmuete.com with your order number. After that, the order can't be cancelled.
Refunds
We only accept prepaid orders, so approved refunds go back to your original payment method (UPI, card, net banking or wallet) within 5 to 7 working days. Your bank may take a few more days to show it.
Not covered: normal wear, or damage from washing against the care instructions (hot wash, bleach, tumble dry, ironing on the print).
